Refund & Return Policy

  • Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, including original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
  • Products must not be used or assembled in any way. We cannot accept returns once assembly has begun.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. If they meet the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsaleable condition.

  • You’ll be asked to send photographs confirming the item’s condition.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • All made-to-order items (e.g., products with extended lead times such as doors) are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are custom-manufactured to your specifications.
  • These items are produced to industry standards with a tolerance of +/-1.5mm on width and height.
  • Orders will be manufactured exactly as per the signed specification. Any changes after approval will be charged at standard commercial rates.
  • If a made-to-order item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect all packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note this when signing for the delivery while the driver is present.
  • Any transit damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Check all items and components for damage before beginning assembly.
