Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure all descriptions, prices, and stock availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after you have placed an order.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This is not acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We accept secure payments via (Stripe / PayPal / Credit/Debit Cards / Klarna, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

• Items are out of stock
• Payment is not authorised
• An error in pricing or product info occurs

Delivery Policy (UK Only)

We deliver across the UK using trusted courier partners.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri)
• Delivery Fees: Shown at checkout

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including courier issues, weather disruptions, or strikes.

Returns and Refunds (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed online within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• You must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if returned items are not in satisfactory condition.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using your original payment method.

Exceptions (Non-returnable items):

• Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items
• Sale or clearance items (where stated)
• Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@dekorhaus.com
• Include photos and your order number
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and branding on the Site are owned by DekorHaus or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, DekorHaus shall not be liable for:

• Losses not caused by our breach
• Business or commercial losses
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence.
